Our trusted logistics partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others—ensuring safe and prompt deliveries under the DsonMart Shipping and Delivery network.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order anytime through your Dson Mart account dashboard.
Once an order is dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party courier partners. In rare cases of extended transit delays or lost shipments, courier investigations may take up to 30–45 days. Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be processed only after the courier investigation is completed.
In rare cases like natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you in advance if such issues arise.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer, applicable forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund or wallet credit.
Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or mark it as ‘Damaged’ and contact support on the same day.
